How Do I Print my E-ticket?

You can print your e-ticket by clicking on the link, which you received as the confirmation of your booking. Follow the link and click on the E-ticket receipt icon, from here you can print this document.

Otherwise from the home page under my bookings, follow the instruction to view your itinerary; once you have done this you can print the e-ticket by clicking the e-ticket receipt icon.

How do I make changes to my travel ?

Please call our office on 1300 462 378 and speak to one of your consultants. Please be advised that in most cases a fee will be charged for any changes in your travel.

How do I cancel my ticket?

Some tickets are non refundable, please view the fare rules on the ticket when purchasing online or ask the consultant at the time of purchase. Please call us on 1300 462 378 and speak to a consultant. Please be advised that cancellation charges may apply.

I have not received my e-ticket

It may take up to 4-6 hours for your ticket to be issued; in urgent cases we will issue the ticket immediately. Normally your booking will go in a queue to be ticketed.

I have seen a cheaper airfare somewhere else, can you beat it?
