Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we are going through uncertain times, if you purchase a new ticket or change your existing ticket and if your flights are affected due to changing circumstances we will not be responsible for additional costs you may incur. We deem it is your sole decision based upon your circumstances.
In case of cancellation or changes due to any reason our normal admin fees will apply.
Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. All travel documents are non-transferable. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport; some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies and the booking may be cancelled. Any errors in names on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to collect all travel documents from us prior to travel.
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control, which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. Please contact a consultant for up-to-date prices.
Bookings made online are only for Ex Australia, we hold the right to reject online bookings if we believe that they are not genuine bookings or are fraudulent. Some online fares will incur a booking fee or service charge. We hold the right to ask you for further information regarding your credit card when purchasing online. This may include a photocopy of your passport or driver’s license and credit that you are paying with. We hold the right to refuse your booking including and your payment. Credit Card name must match with travelling passenger’s name, the airline may ask the credit card used for booking at the time of check-in.
First Class: 40 kg free baggage allowance per person.
Business Class: 30 kg free baggage allowance per person.
Economy Class: 20 kg free baggage allowance per person.
Passengers travelling to or via certain countries are not allowed to carry any electronic devices in cabin and may require to check-in. Baggage transfers are subjected to transit and destination country customs and immigration requirements. You may need to collect your baggage at the first port of entry and pass through custom and immigration. Check-in and cabin baggage allowance are subjected to respective airline’s baggage policy. Please refer to the respective airline’s website for detailed information. In case of multiple airline baggage may not be checked through. Please check with your consultant for information.
For travel to and from the USA, the free baggage allowance may be 2 pieces per person. Please check with your consultant for dimension and weight information.
Reconfirmations and Check-in
We recommend check-in 3 hrs prior to departure. We recommend that you re-confirm your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours prior to departure for each journey as airlines have the right to change their flight schedule without prior notice. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservations and we shall not be held liable for any cost incurred. In case of multiple airlines online check-in may not be possible.
Deposit and Final Payment
We require a minimum deposit of $50.00 per person at the time of booking. Your service provider may require further deposits. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposit of $50 will not be refunded but can be used within 3 months from the deposit date unless otherwise advised. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking. All internet transfer payments need to be made 48 hour prior to your due date. Please fax or email all internet transfer or bank deposit receipts to your consultant.

Best & Less Travel is not authorized to give you any advice about the insurance and is paid a commission which is calculated as a percentage of the gross premium when you buy a policy. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for all overseas travel.
Best & Less Travel does not currently book domestic travel for its customers.
Credit Card Transactions
Credit card surcharges of 1.2% for Visa or MasterCard and 3% for American Express will apply when paying by credit card in store, online promotions may vary. Credit card holder must be travelling, we do not accept any third party credit cards and we hold the right to reject your credit card transaction. In the event that payment has been made to Best & Less Travel Pty Ltd by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Best & Less Travel Pty Ltd.
Cancellation & Refund Fees
Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Please check with us, as not all fares can be refunded. Fees will apply to all refundable tickets. Our administration fee is $175.00 per ticket plus any airline cancellation fees. Refunds take approximately 12 weeks to process. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee for any booking cancelled by you, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge. Cancellation or refund will only be processed if you have sent the request in writing. The refund admin fee of $175 per ticket will still be charged on refunds arising from airlines schedule change. Additional airline no-show fee may apply within 48 hours from departure.
Change & Reissue Fees
Fees will also apply where a booking is changed or tickets are reissued. Please check with your consultant whether the fare is changeable, as not all fares can be changed. Fees will apply to all changeable fares. Our administration fee is $95.00 per ticket, per change plus any airline charges. Where we incur any liability for a charge or reissue for any booking, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge. Changes and reissue will only be processed if you have sent the request in writing. Additional airline no-show fee may apply within 48 hours from departure. Tickets cannot be used or reissued out of sequence.
Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice. Some airline may charge additional airport taxes at the time of transit.
Best & Less Travel acts as a travel agent only. We sell various travel-related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other wholesale service providers. The sole obligation of Best & Less Travel is to make travel bookings on your behalf with travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitation of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider, not Best & Less Travel Pty Ltd. If, for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider not Best & Less Travel Pty Ltd. If you are traveling with combination fare of two or more airlines and if you miss your flight due to the flight delay of any airline we will not be responsible for any damages.
We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly, by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
Please advise us of any special requirements you may have. All special requests are subjected to airline confirmation and need to reconfirm with us at least three business days prior to departure. Please note that all the requests are subjected to airline’s confirmation and discretion and are not guaranteed. Please note that some airlines may charge additional fee for special requests. Please note that infant turning 2 years during travel will be charged child fare plus re-issue fee on onward, return or both journeys. It is your responsibility to ensure if infant is turning 2 years during travel and advice. Children traveling with their relatives/guardian may require authority from both of their parents. Please check with respective airline and departure/destination country for the requirements. A minor child must be accompanied with their natural parents all the time. No airline provides accommodation during transit.
Please advise you travel consultant your frequent flyer details. Your consultant will pass these details on to the relevant supplier, but we cannot guarantee that the supplier will credit any points for your booking. Please retain all boarding passes to allow verification of your travel if required.
Passports and Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other services and other government authorities. Any fines, penalty payments or expenditure incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. Hand written passport holders will not be allowed to travel. For further information regarding visa requirements, please contact the appropriate consulate.

Low Cost Airline
Low cost airline fares are very restrictive. Such airline may charge for all services you may request or charge for all changes due to schedule change or cancellation of flights. We will not be responsible for any operational or service issues with the airline for such queries you may need to contact the airline directly. With low cost airlines you may have to collect your baggage and check in again during transit and may require visa to transit.
