- Passenger visiting Singapore as a destination on a round-trip itinerary are not eligible.
- This tour can be used only once per itinerary (either inbound or outbound), and the hotel stay must be utilised immediately upon arrival of their Singapore Airlines flight into Singapore.
- Passengers on KrisFlyer redemption bookings or on bookings redeemed on other frequent flyer programme are not eligible .
